




Position Summary: HSE Supervisor with experience in industrial projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising teams and equipment, and training personnel in risk prevention. Direct interaction with site supervisors and external personnel for risk management **HSE SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (must possess official degree certificate and professional license) **Certifications required:** Industrial Safety Technician, Medical Emergency Technician, Construction Site Safety, Emergencies – Civil Protection, Work at Heights **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in industrial projects as HSE SUPERVISOR **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including hard hats, reflective vests, heavy-duty boots, correct harness usage, face masks or respirators when excessive dust, paint, or solvents are present, safety goggles, etc. * Inspect optimal operating conditions of equipment located on-site. * Maintain proper storage of materials and ensure adequate cleanliness across all on-site and off-site work areas. * Ensure correct scaffolding installation and conduct continuous inspections of work-at-height activities. * Place fire extinguishers at designated locations on-site in compliance with regulations (dry chemical and water types). * Conduct ongoing training for emergency response teams comprising workers from all disciplines on-site in case of fire incidents. * + Demarcate hazardous areas due to ongoing work activities (e.g., structural assembly, on-site welding). * Administer first aid to workers involved in incidents occurring on-site. * Conduct regular checks to monitor workers’ physical condition and ensure their fitness for duty. * Interact directly with the site supervisor during permitted activities; upon identifying an imminent safety risk to a worker, immediately approach the worker and report the issue to the site supervisor. * Contact external medical personnel as needed to provide medical care when required. * Communicate with adjacent residents to identify potential risks. * Coordinate with public security authorities to prevent or resolve possible conflicts. * Contact firefighters in cases of gas leaks, fire incidents, earthquakes, etc. Project Kick-off Meeting. * * Work Location: Querétaro, Querétaro * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays * Must possess a laptop
