Position Summary: We are seeking an expert technician in maintenance and installation of UPS systems and battery banks to perform operational tasks, analysis, and decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance and installation of UPS systems and battery banks. 2. Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare reports. 3. Analytical capability and operational decision-making ability. General Requirements: Education: Completed degree, incomplete degree (minimum 50%) or technical certification in fields related to electronics, electromechanics, communications, or similar. Experience: Minimum of 4 years. Residence: Querétaro, Qro. Availability: Mixed-shift schedule and willingness to travel. Skills and Knowledge: * Expert knowledge of maintenance and installation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems from various brands, preferably VERTIV\-LIEBERT, as well as battery banks. * Knowledge of logic boards. * Proficiency with basic tools, multimeter, ammeter, and battery testers (Midtronics, Fluke) (training can be provided). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Internet proficiency: information searching, appropriate use of social networks, email composition. * Proficiency with office equipment: scanners, printers, smartphones. * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle. * Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare reports. Core Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance, and installation of UPS equipment and battery banks. * Conduct site surveys to determine required services or diagnose issues. * Develop logistics plans and schedules for service execution. * Prepare reports, material requests, and tool requests. * Provide technical recommendations to resolve problems. * Track faults and repairs.
