




**Company:** IENTC Telecomunicaciones **Job Objective:** Coordinate material and human resources to address projects requested by the General Management, Operations Directorate, and Engineering Management. **Location:** * Prol. Graduation is preferred. **Experience** * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in telecommunications or technical support. **Technical Skills** * Technical support for technology * Network administration * Structured cabling * WAN and LAN networks * Wireless networks * Administration of routers, firewalls, switches, and access points * IP telephony * Electronics and electricity **Responsibilities** * Develop preliminary project proposals to identify technical, physical, and personnel requirements for assigned projects. * Support and manage field engineers or technicians to ensure successful project execution. * Maintain minimum stock levels of materials required for operations. * Ensure procurement of necessary materials for assigned projects; if not feasible, escalate to the SAE Coordination or Engineering Management. * Monitor assigned projects through completion and closure. * Provide feedback to SAE Coordination or Engineering Management regarding departmental progress or any issues impeding project execution, delivery, or closure. * Supervise compliance with installation or configuration standards by field engineers or technicians. **IENTC is an equal opportunity employer.
