Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform maintenance, installation, and diagnostics of UPS systems and battery banks, with analytical skills and teamwork capabilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive, corrective maintenance and installations General Requirements: Education: Completed degree, incomplete degree (minimum 50%), or technical diploma in fields related to electronics, electromechanics, communications, or similar. Experience: Minimum of 4 years. Residence: Querétaro, Qro. Availability: Mixed-shift schedule and willingness to travel. Skills and Knowledge: * Expert knowledge of maintenance and installation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems from various brands, preferably VERTIV\-LIEBERT, as well as battery banks. * Knowledge of logic boards. * Use of basic tools, multimeter, ammeter, battery tester (Midtronics, Fluke) (training can be provided). * Proficiency in Office software suite. * Internet usage; information searching, appropriate use of social networks, email composition. * Operation of office equipment; scanner, printers, smartphone. * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle. * Preparation of site surveys and reports. Core Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance and installation of UPS equipment and battery banks. * Conduct site surveys to determine service scope or diagnosis. * Develop logistics plans and schedules for service execution. * Prepare reports, material and tool requisitions. * Provide technical recommendations to resolve issues. * Track failures and repairs.
