




The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in a corporate building, ensuring the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment. This role involves a combination of technical skills and problem-solving ability, guaranteeing a safe and efficient environment for all building occupants. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building equipment and systems. * Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs. * Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities performed. * Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and specialized services when necessary. * Ensure that all maintenance tasks comply with safety standards and current regulations. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and building occupants. * Participate in the management of maintenance tools and materials inventory. * Support the implementation of improvements and upgrades to building facilities. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education, with technical training in maintenance-related fields (electricity, mechanics, plumbing, HVAC). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role. * Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical problems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work outside regular hours in case of emergencies.
