**Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and safety of facilities by performing preventive and corrective work in plumbing, electricity, masonry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **plumbing** tasks, including leak repairs, pipe replacement, installation of faucets, sinks, and toilets. * Carry out **basic electrical** tasks such as replacing lamps, outlets, switches, and maintaining wiring. * Conduct **masonry** work, including wall, floor, and finish repairs. * Install and repair **drywall structures**, ceiling tiles, and partition walls. * Perform **painting** work on interiors and exteriors, ensuring clean and durable finishes. * **Replace locks, latches, and hardware**, ensuring proper functioning of doors and windows. * Provide **preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning equipment**, including filter cleaning, gas inspection, and overall operation checks. * Support renovation, expansion, or space adaptation projects. * Comply with safety regulations and promptly report any risks or damages to facilities.
