Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of critical equipment and systems by providing rapid and effective corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures continuous and efficient operation of critical equipment and systems. 2. Performs rapid and effective corrective maintenance. 3. Diagnoses and repairs electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. Guarantee the continuous and efficient operation of the store's critical equipment and systems by providing rapid and effective corrective maintenance, thereby ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for customers and employees. The Corrective Technician works with dedication and commitment, contributing to excellent customer service and operational success by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability. Diagnose technical issues and perform corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. Ensure proper functioning of lighting, plumbing, and electronic equipment. Respond promptly and efficiently to service requests (tickets) and repair needs. Document and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed, including materials, equipment, and tools used, via the "Corrective Service Report" form and photographic evidence. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
