




Position Summary: Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support for academic activities, ensuring document control and coordination of academic processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of academic files and official documentation * Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support for the College’s academic activities, ensuring document control, monitoring of academic processes, coordination of social service programs, support for faculty and students, and compliance with academic and editorial protocols to guarantee proper functioning of the department * Academic record management * Coordinate activities that ensure the proper operation of the Master’s Program in Notarial Law. * Carry out necessary procedures for maintaining validity of the Official Recognition of Studies (RVOE), civil protection certification, Secretariat of Innovation, SEP (Secretariat of Public Education), Directorate of Professions, etc. * Support assignment and monitoring of social service providers * Manage the compilation, updating, and safekeeping of students’ academic files * Prepare and process official academic certificates, records, and documentation * Coordinate operational logistics for academic sessions, presentations, and institutional events * Support handling and follow-up of requests from faculty, students, and speakers * Administer follow-up on enrollment processes and payment tracking * Supervise and update academic library records * Support development and dissemination of institutional editorial and digital content * Maintain updated agreements with universities and collaborating institutions * Execute administrative tasks arising from Academic Council decisions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * 3G: 2 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * State-issued driver’s license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
