COMMISSION-BASED SALES REPRESENTATIVE.\-** ***LOCATION: QUERETARO*** * **Primary objective:** Generate new clients for services (residential, commercial, and industrial) through prospecting. * **Key responsibilities:** * Proactively prospect potential clients and generate new business. * Deliver service presentations. * Negotiate contractual terms and close sales. * Manage the CRM system to track clients and forecast sales. * Achieve or exceed sales targets. * **Essential requirements:** * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Passion for sales. * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, results orientation, and proficiency with digital tools (CRM). * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred). * **Technical and soft skills:** * Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions. * Time management and organizational skills. * Knowledge of services and market trends.
