Comprehensive fleet and driver team management **Transportation Coordinator** We are seeking a proactive Transportation Coordinator with proven leadership to join our operations in the food industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that employee transportation routes are executed efficiently, safely, and on time, directly coordinating your driver team and overseeing proper fleet vehicle operation. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, assign, and supervise employee transportation routes, ensuring punctuality and full coverage of operational shifts. * Lead and manage the driver team: shift assignments, attendance tracking, performance evaluations, and incident resolution. * Monitor fleet vehicle status, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the workshop department or external vendors. * Ensure compliance with road safety protocols, traffic regulations, and internal company transportation policies. * Prepare operational reports: route logs, fuel records, incident reports, and logistics performance KPIs. * Coordinate with various departments or areas to address extraordinary transportation needs or shift changes. * Manage external transportation providers when additional vehicles or special routes are required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet management. * Proven experience leading operational work teams. * Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and preventive maintenance. * Proficiency with GPS tools, monitoring platforms, or routing apps. * Proficiency in Office applications (intermediate Excel), reporting, and document control. * Valid driver’s license (Class A or higher, as applicable). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 \- $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * On-site cafeteria service * Company phone Experience: * Transportation coordination: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
