At Corbion, we exist to champion preservation in all its forms—preserving food and food production, health, and our planet. **We’re looking for you: Junior Logistics Analyst.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Support the Logistics Department in administrative and operational activities required throughout the material supply chain, in accordance with company policies and procedures. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor product import, export, and domestic distribution requirements in SAP and external portals. * Coordinate and track product imports and exports to and from Spain, Thailand, Brazil, and the United States with various customs agents. * Maintain communication with sister plant personnel to monitor shipments. * Coordinate with receiving warehouses regarding product arrival notifications, verifying that documentary information matches physical receipt (invoice and order numbers, customs declarations, batches, quantities, expiry dates, and item codes). * Record material information in SAP. * Establish an effective communication channel with the Customer Service team to ensure on-time product delivery. * Coordinate shipment deliveries to domestic customers. * Communicate directly with warehouses and transportation providers to monitor and track domestic shipments. * Register and create Transport Orders in SAP. * Foster close working relationships with customs agents and develop strategies to monitor in-transit products and meet delivery deadlines. * Maintain effective and assertive communication with the Logistics Coordinator and Logistics Managers. * Maintain communication with the Finance Department regarding operation-related information. * Monitor product rejections and returns. * Provide support for other logistics activities as needed, acting as backup for the department. **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in similar roles. * Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required. **About Corbion** Corbion is the global market leader in lactic acid and its derivatives, and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, functional enzyme blends, minerals, vitamins, and algal ingredients.
