Inventory management and staff organization **GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO is looking for a French Pastry Supervisor in Querétaro, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At Grupo HS, we are currently recruiting ***FRENCH PASTRY SUPERVISOR*** Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy or certified diploma in pastry or baking Minimum 2 years of experience Experience supervising or managing kitchen or production teams Responsibilities: * Ensure timely production execution * Maintain order and prepare work tools before each activity * Carry out daily production, including sub\-recipes, mixing processes, and ingredient weighing * Baking, assembly, and finishing of pastry products, including tarts, trio desserts, quiches, cookies, éclairs, Sacher cake, etc. * Monitor raw material, supplies, sub\-recipes, and processed product inventory levels, placing orders in advance to prevent shortages * Review the production list at shift start and organize staff to ensure order fulfillment and adherence to scheduled timelines * Supervise proper placement of products and raw materials, complying with the FIFO system, and discard spoiled items (waste) after reporting them to the chef * Act as second-in-command to the Production Manager, assist with personnel management, operations, and pastry department orders (review the PRODUCTION LIST DAILY and WhatsApp groups), and resolve production-related questions or issues ***We Offer:*** ***Base salary: $18,000 net*** ***Statutory benefits*** ***Comprehensive health plan*** ***20% employee discount*** ***Free uniform*** ***Work schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM*** ***Work location: Rodríguez Familiar, Bosques del Acueducto, Santiago de Querétaro, Qro*** **Desired education level:** Higher education \- in progress **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Food and Beverage *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0e16a25200005200c5a977\&source\=indeed*
