Join us in this influential role and own your passion, own your purpose, and own your success. **What You’ll Do** Carry out activities necessary to deliver customer support addressing clients’ administrative and operational needs and requirements, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in alignment with the organization’s global and local strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and organize customer files * Manage customer orders * Monitor and manage order deliveries to customers * Address customer administrative inquiries and requests * Identify business opportunities during the customer service process * Track and ensure resolution of non-technical complaints and suggestions * Measure and control departmental performance outcomes * Ensure agility in departmental service delivery * Anticipate problems and transform them into opportunities * Collaborate closely with Production and Logistics to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines * Follow up on product delivery to guarantee full customer satisfaction (After-sales) * Report and comply with safety, health, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe workplace **Who We’re Looking For** We seek an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, focused on delivering exceptional service and fulfilling commitments.
