Propose corrective measures when necessary. * Plan, supervise, and ensure implementation—working closely with the HR Coordinator—of associated staff processes (recruitment, training, information sharing, onboarding, performance evaluation, potential identification, development, and communication) to guarantee both the required number of staff and the necessary knowledge base. * Support direct project supervisors in these processes to enhance staff capabilities, their contribution to mission objectives, and foster their active participation and commitment to MSF. * Advise on the creation and updating of the project’s organizational chart and job descriptions, and assist the Project Coordinator and/or team leads and supervisors in developing the annual leave and shift planning for staff, to anticipate HR needs and ensure staff availability for project activities. **PROFILE** * Essential: Degree in finance, management (business, HR), or administration will be valued. **Experience** · Minimum two years’ professional experience in similar and relevant positions is essential.
