If you have experience in machine adjustments, programming, and process supervision, this opportunity is for you. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Adjustment and fine-tuning of CNC machines. * Perform adjustments on **torsion and compression machines**, meeting established timelines in manufacturing orders and customer quality standards. * Supervise the torsion production area (machinery and personnel). * Reduce scrap generated during adjustments to less than **5%**. * Implement and monitor the **5S methodology** in the area. * Train compression personnel on torsion machinery and adjustments. * Train torsion personnel to achieve durable adjustments. * Carry out **layout changes** on torsion machines for single-shot adjustments, primarily for extension springs. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of **PPE**. * Apply **CORDINSA’s** internal regulations. **Required Profile** * Proven experience as a CNC machine adjuster. * Knowledge of programming and adjustment of torsion and compression machinery. * Leadership and personnel supervision capabilities. * Focus on quality, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. * Strong sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety regulations. **Benefits** * **Monthly base salary:** $24,000 * **Punctuality bonuses** * **Attendance bonuses** * **Food vouchers** * **Savings fund:** * Withdrawals up to twice per year. * Statutory benefits. * **15 days’ year-end bonus.** * **12 vacation days** upon completion of one year of service. * Job stability and professional growth.
