




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Cashier to efficiently manage payments, bank transactions, and cash control, ensuring quality service and smooth cash flow. Key Highlights: 1. At **Grupo SiNow**, a real estate development company committed to creating high-value projects with strong human values and service orientation, we are looking for an **Administrative Cashier**, responsible for cash handling and revenue control, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing and quality service to our customers. ### **Position Objective** Efficiently manage payment receipts, bank transaction postings, and cash control, guaranteeing the company’s proper cash flow and a positive experience for our customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Direct in-office customer service, providing support on payments, overdue balances, inquiries, etc. * Receipt of payments in cash, credit/debit card, check, and bank transfers. * Posting of payments, references, and bank transactions into the system. * Control and management of petty cash. * Generation of bank transaction summaries for reconciliation with the Revenue Department. * Invoicing and preparation of accounting entries. * Administrative process support and report generation. * Cash collections and daily revenue tracking. ### **Required Profile** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum age: 25 years. * Prior experience in cash handling, cash counts, cash audits, and revenue control. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to rotate weekend days off between Saturday and Sunday. * Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills. * Preferably residing near the **Benito Juárez Industrial Zone, Querétaro**, or without transportation constraints. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Initiative and accountability. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Sundays:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **One rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday.** ### **What We Offer You?** **Statutory Benefits** **Enhanced Benefits:** \* Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Subsidized meals at 60%. **Productivity Bonuses:** Punctuality and attendance bonus. ### **Work Location** **Av. 5 de Febrero 1716, Benito Juárez Industrial Zone, Querétaro, Qro., C.P. 76127** ### **Do You Meet the Profile?
