Dynamic and creative space JOB DESCRIPTION **VACANCY: CENTER MANAGER** --------------------------- **Location:** Historic Center, Querétaro **Company:** Casa Juárez Coworking – ISI Solutions **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Job Objective** Lead and operate Casa Juárez Coworking, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achievement of business objectives, and proper center administration, guaranteeing a profitable, orderly, and efficient operation. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales of coworking spaces and services. * Daily customer, prospect, and visitor support. * Supervision of overall center operations (spaces, cleaning, order, and functionality). * Management of invoicing, collections, income, and expenses. * Control of supplies, minor purchases, and coordination with suppliers. * Preparation of sales, occupancy, and revenue reports. * Planning and execution of events, promotions, and commercial activities. * Incident resolution and customer satisfaction follow-up. ### **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in service sales and customer service. * Experience in business or service-space administration or operations. * **Knowledge:** * Service sales and commercial closing * Invoicing and collections * Administrative and operational control * Performance indicator management * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ### **Key Skills** * Effective communication * Service and results orientation * Organization and planning * Negotiation and closing * Problem solving and conflict management * Proactivity and decision making ### **We Offer** * **Monthly net salary:** $10,000 MXN * **Payment frequency:** Biweekly * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic and creative space
