This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail\-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information while speaking with tenants over the phone. You will be responsible for **collecting, verifying, and accurately entering client information** into spreadsheets and internal systems. A major part of this role involves **conducting phone interviews** with tenants experiencing poor living conditions and guiding them through a structured set of intake questions based on legal documents. **Responsibilities** * Conduct phone calls with clients * Ask and document a structured set of questions regarding * Accurately enter and organize data into spreadsheets and internal systems * Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency * Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism * Follow scripts, procedures, and data collection standards * Flag missing or unclear information for follow\-up * Maintain clean, organized, and reliable records for the legal team **Requirements** * **Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)** * **Must be available to work during PST hours between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM** * **At least 3 years of data entry experience** * **At least 3 years of experience using spreadsheets** (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) * Legal experience is a plus * Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills * Strong attention to detail and precision * Comfortable discussing sensitive topics (medical issues, hardships, etc. ) * Organized, reliable, and consistent Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $137\.00 \- $172\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Are you available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM?
