What does a typical day look like? ### **Commercial Terms & Conditions (CTC) and Pricing Management** * Analyzes and challenges the viability of commercial terms and conditions based on business requirements. * Verifies the accuracy and consistency of collected information before entering it into the information system. * Configures pricing and commercial terms and conditions in the information system. * Identifies rejections and manages corresponding corrections in the information system. * Performs data cleansing to remove obsolete, unused, duplicate, or incorrect information from the system. ### **Request Management** * Collects customer requests and claims related to pricing and commercial terms and conditions. * Analyzes requests and provides an appropriate solution or response. * Maintains contact with the customer, follows up, and closes the service process. * Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Shares recurring issues with relevant internal partners to identify solutions. ### **Financial Transaction Traceability** * Ensures traceability of financial transactions—regardless of payment type—to meet audit requirements. * Prepares and archives all supporting documentation in accordance with applicable regulations in the respective territory. ### **Applying and Improving Work Methods** * Applies legal, tax, and internal control regulations (including embargo rules). * Recommends actions and improvements to increase work method efficiency, internal control compliance, and customer satisfaction.
