RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide courteous and professional customer service via counter, phone, or digital platforms. · Actively listen to customer needs to offer suitable solutions. · Proactively follow up on requests, inquiries, or complaints. · Use clear, respectful, and professional language at all times. · Promote products or services in line with established targets. · Prepare quotes and follow through until sale closure. · Identify sales opportunities with current and potential customers. · Meet assigned sales KPIs and targets. · Participate in company-defined marketing campaigns or sales strategies. · Maintain accurate and timely tracking of the customer portfolio. · Remind customers of upcoming payment due dates. · Coordinate with the credit and collections department to ensure timely recovery. · Properly document all collection activities performed.
