Position Objective As a home collections officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for a credit, as well as establishing payment plans for clients in their first weeks of delinquency, generating long-term relationships with our customers. Main Functions Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their application. * Understand customer needs to provide them with the best solution allowing them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle handling skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate mobile devices. * Focused on achieving goals and objectives. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. Value Proposition Weekly base salary of $2,500 MXN. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $2,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Starting vacation entitlement of 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus (aguinaldo) of 15 days per year, increasing based on tenure.
