English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially **MAIN ACTIVITIES:** Partner \& influence with all management teams to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process and culture. Designs and drives talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership growth **Provide consultancy on HR initiatives including:** Performance management, talent review / succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, labor relations and payroll. Collaborate with managers on every day issues and develop short and long term HR strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance and efficiency. Assist in the development of HR policies in order to satisfy legal requirements, cost containments and work environments. Provide advice and counsel to internal customers on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment. Utilize HR analytics tools to provide data to business partners including but not limited to headcount, absenteeism and turnover. Promote business ethics and core values in all efforts.
