Opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual. **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** We are looking for administrative talent to support internal administrative and operational processes at a financial institution located in El Campanario, Qro., including document management, file handling, control of service payments, supervision of common office areas, and front-desk visitor reception. We seek an organized, proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. Profile: * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree; technical career in economic\-administrative fields (Administration, Accounting, or related). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative functions. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to operate telephone switchboards and provide in-person assistance. * Organized, punctual, capable of multitasking, and effective communicator. * Friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and visitors. * Service-oriented toward company staff to assist with administrative tasks. * Intermediate Excel proficiency Responsibilities: * Preparation and control of administrative and office reports. * Management and physical/digital filing of assigned documents and files. * Control and tracking of service and expense payment schedules. * Support in organizing meetings, scheduling, and internal logistics. * Control and safeguarding of office supplies. * Support in general administrative and operations department activities. * Handling and routing of company telephone calls. * Reception of clients, visitors, and suppliers. * Responsibility for the reception area. * Registration, control, and dispatch of mail and packages. * Coordination and preparation of meeting rooms and conferences. * Maintenance of order at reception and common areas. * Supervision of office cleaning activities. Work Schedule and Location * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. * El Campanario, Querétaro. * On-site Compensation * Net monthly salary: MXN 13,000 to 15,000, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Initial training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN 14,939\.00 \- MXN 17,555\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have customer service experience?
