You will work in the field, utilizing your strong verbal communication skills and proactivity to manage and coordinate collection tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Manage client portfolios to ensure debt collection. * Coordinate with clients to effectively resolve collection issues. * Analyze collection reports and develop recovery strategies. * Strong preference for 100% fieldwork. **Requirements:** * **Own vehicle (motorcycle or automobile) with valid driver’s license.** * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution. * Prior experience in similar collection roles. **Benefits:** * Base salary: $10,000 net * 7% food vouchers * Uncapped monthly recovery bonus Join us and contribute to the success of EXITUS CREDIT!
