




**Procurement Manager** **Full-time position** **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (1.5-hour lunch break) * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Job Description** At **Refacciones y Autopartes**, a company dedicated to the distribution of **Automotive Suspension and Steering components for the aftermarket**, we are seeking an experienced **Procurement Manager** with background in the automotive sector, focused on ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of our products. The selected candidate will be responsible for **managing the entire procurement process**, from planning and supplier negotiations to purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and direct communication with branch supervisors and inventory auditors—ensuring material availability and cost optimization. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute purchases of auto parts and materials according to each branch’s demand. * Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and product quality. * Negotiate delivery timelines with suppliers. * Timely entry and review of invoices. * Maintain constant communication with warehouse, sales, and other departments across branches to ensure accurate material supply. * Analyze stock shortages, delivery delays, and inventory turnover, proposing timely solutions. * Prepare monthly procurement reports by supplier and branch. * Maintain and update product and supplier catalogs. * Manage product code equivalencies for accurate system administration. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in procurement**, preferably in the **automotive or auto parts industry**. * Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier management. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency and experience with ERP systems. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Desirable / Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **Automotive Suspension and Steering components**. * Experience with **ODOO**. * Advanced Excel skills or relevant certification/diploma. * Prior experience coordinating or supervising procurement assistants. * Experience managing direct reports. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
