




**Human Resources Supervisor – Administration, Recruitment, and Basic Payroll** **Description:** We are seeking a **Human Resources Supervisor** with excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities to manage the administrative and operational processes within the department. This position is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, personnel management, and basic payroll knowledge. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. * Preparing employment contracts, documentation, and employee records. * Managing attendance, disabilities, permissions, and vacation tracking. * Coordinating employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with IMSS (desirable). * Assisting in payroll preparation and incident management. * Onboarding new hires and monitoring performance evaluations. * Managing work equipment (IDs, uniforms, tools, etc.). * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in HR administrative roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, statutory benefits, and incident control. * Desirable: Familiarity with Nomipaq or similar software. * Service-oriented attitude, ethics, and strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary of $6,000 MXN. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday plus half-day on Saturday. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Position Type:** Full-time **Location:** Querétaro \- Balvanera Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site
