Development in the field of Human Resources A company specializing in Occupational Health is looking for a **Human Capital Analyst**—passionate, proactive, and collaborative—who wishes to join our team. Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * 2 years of experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), job posting platforms, and HR management systems * Social media management skills Your responsibilities will include: * Providing the organization with suitable human resources for each open position through candidate recruitment and selection based on identification of competencies and job-related skills aligned with required profiles. * Conducting end-to-end recruitment: job posting on job boards or social media, pre-screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, coordination and follow-up of interviews with decision-makers, process closure, and onboarding training, etc. * Developing job profiles, publishing them across various sources (e.g., Computrabajo, LinkedIn), coordinating interviews, conducting competency-based interviews, hiring, and onboarding * Knowledge and experience interpreting psychometric tests * Follow-up with external and internal clients; preparation of reports * General human resources activities * Training * Payroll * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) Competencies: * Adherence to processes and regulations * Strong verbal communication skills * Negotiation ability * Proactivity * Customer orientation * Adaptability to change We Offer: Competitive salary Working hours: Monday to Friday Direct employment with the company Benefits Work location: Downtown Querétaro Join our team and grow professionally!
