A prominent industrial sector company is seeking: **EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT** **Primary Objective:** To directly support senior management in ensuring the company's operational, organizational, and administrative efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative assistance to the Director * Support in administrative procedures and processes across the group's industrial plants. * Vehicle fleet management, insurance review * Payment scheduling * Contact with suppliers (technical matters at plants, procurement of supplies) * Social media management for recruiting operational positions. * Travel to plants for administrative matters when required. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT * Valid driver's license * English preferred **Location and Salary:** * Querétaro / Carretas * $14,000 to $16,000 net monthly (tax-free), plus statutory benefits and additional benefits (savings fund) * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am \- 6:30 pm Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Experience: * Executive Assistant: 1 year (Mandatory) * Social Media: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
