Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gaming machines on the floor according to the work plan. Install, relocate, and move machines on the floor according to activity schedules and layout updates. Handle and document first-level incidents on the floor. Escalate and send second-level incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connection to configure machines. Attend requests from departments needing data configuration or machine information on the floor.
