Capable of applying competence in work situations with assistance. * Applies: Capable of independently applying competence in work situations without assistance. * Guides: Capable of applying competence in extraordinary or complex work situations, as well as guiding and mentoring others. * Transforms: Recognized as an expert, capable of driving development of new concepts and methods. * Innovates: Recognized as a subject-matter authority both internally and externally. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control warehouse inbound and outbound operations. * Ensure pre\-picking of spare parts. * Ensure responsiveness to customer needs. * Ensure achievement of KPIs against targets. * Maintain warehouse control. * Ensure parts and service availability during ongoing or upcoming technical campaigns. * Continuously propose warehouse improvement initiatives. **TASKS** * Verify availability of requested materials. * Prepare orders (picking) and deliver spare parts. * Pack and ship materials via courier services. * Receive materials, cross-check against packing\-list, and record discrepancies. * Conduct cyclic inventories per schedule. * Report inconsistencies or damages in received or stored products. * Physically locate parts in correct locations and record movements in the system. * Assist in loading/unloading materials using forklifts or mobile equipment. * Maintain workplace order and cleanliness per the 5S methodology. * Manage materials using material requisition forms and report consumption. * Assist in inspection and packaging of materials for buyback and cores. * Comply with system-required documentation and its indicators. **EDUCATION** High school diploma, Technical Junior College degree, or completed technical program.**JOB PROFILE** * One year in a similar position. * Forklift operation experience (valid license preferred). * Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred). * Experience with cyclic inventories. * Proficiency in Office package (basic to intermediate). * Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem-solving). * Experience handling chemicals (preferred). * Experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials is desirable. **Request ID:** 22153 **Number of vacancies:** 1\.0 **Part-time / Full-time:** Full-time **Permanent / Temporary:** Permanent **Country/Region:** MX **Location(s):**Querétaro, Querétaro, MX, 76079 **Required travel:** 0\-25% **Work location:** On-site
