Requirements: Required Education Level: High School Diploma Experience: 1 year in customer service roles, including sales, reception, or call center positions. Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Familiarity with communication channels such as email and WhatsApp messages. Excellent communication and writing skills. Main Responsibilities: Respond to corporate emails, following up on customer inquiries. Provide in-person, WhatsApp, or email customer support. Record payments and agreements.
