SUMMARY: The warehouse clerk ensures control, safeguarding, and proper distribution of materials, guaranteeing that resources reach the required departments on time and in full; this role is critical to preventing delays, optimizing costs, and maintaining continuity in project operations. REQUIREMENTS: AGE: OVER 18 YEARS OLD. EDUCATION: MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL. KNOWLEDGE: ADMINISTRATIVE AND MATERIAL CONTROL EXPERIENCE WITH SOME ERP SYSTEM, PREFERRED. EXPERIENCE: VERIFIABLE MINIMUM OF 2 TO 3 YEARS. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\.\- Receiving and controlling materials. 2\.\- Storing and organizing materials. 3\.\- Supplying construction sites and controlling outgoing items. 4\.\- Inventory management and reporting. 5\.\- Safety and security of materials. 6\.\- Cleaning and maintaining order at the workplace. 7\.\- Coordinating tasks with personnel under supervision. 8\.\- Direct and continuous reporting to management lines.
