· Intermediate to advanced Allen-Bradley RsLogix 5000.
· Digital and analog electronics.
· Intermediate pneumatics knowledge.
· Intermediate hydraulics knowledge.
· Fanuc/Nachi robotics knowledge.
· Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management.
· Mechanical knowledge.
· Intermediate metrology.
· Maintenance software.
· MIG and resistance welding knowledge.
· Lincoln, TRW, and Medar welding controls knowledge.
· MIG knowledge (torch mate, touch sensing).
· Spot welding tool knowledge.
· Fanuc-Nachi handling tool robot knowledge.
· Arctool knowledge (Torch-Mate, touch sensing options).
· Medar and Centerline control knowledge.
· AutoCAD for diagram updates.
· Coordination and leadership of teams for control system commissioning.
· Testing and diagnostics of systems to identify failures and improve performance.
· Technical support to customers during installation, integration, and operation of control systems.
· Experience developing control system programs for Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC Professional SCADA), Fanuc, or Allen Bradley PLCs, CNCs, HMIs, and servo drives — preferred.
· Experience programming commercial robots such as ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, etc. — preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

**EXPERIENCE:** MINIMUM 8 YEARS
**EDUCATION:** Industrial, Automotive, or related Engineering degree — **License and diploma mandatory**
