Main responsibilities include: * Ensure tables are clean and properly set (chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce). * Verify that service stations are adequately stocked: plates, bowls, trays; glasses, chopsticks, spoons, napkins; replenish sauces and other accompaniments. * Monitor cleanliness of the work area and hallways throughout the shift. * Assist waitstaff by removing empty or unnecessary dishes. * Restock beverages, sauces, and accompaniments upon waitstaff request. * Maintain constant communication with kitchen and waitstaff. * Remain attentive to takeout or delivery orders, if applicable. * Assist with inventory tasks and deep cleaning.
