Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel with basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and industrial safety to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. 2. Support in inspection and repair of electrical and sanitary installations. 3. Garden care, green area maintenance, and general furniture maintenance. **Basic Knowledge in:** * Electricity and plumbing. * Manual and electric tools. * Industrial safety. **Skills:** * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Support in inspection and repair of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and electrical wiring. * Inspect for leaks or damage in water pipes, drainage systems, and sanitary systems. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of pumps, dispensers, roofs, and common areas. * Infrastructure preservation: painting, patching, and cleaning of walls, floors, and signage. * Furniture maintenance (benches, doors, protective covers, grilles, etc.) * Garden care, green area maintenance, and exterior maintenance of the station.
