The **Maintenance Technician** is responsible for implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan to enhance operational conditions of equipment, machinery, and facilities according to established standards. Supervises and verifies application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), cleaning, and food safety requirements. Requests necessary resources to implement the food safety system. Takes containment actions and reports potential contamination incidents. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. **Responsibilities**: * Comply with safety competencies. * Execute the area’s preventive maintenance plan: Perform preventive maintenance. Ensure all checklist items are completed on time and correctly. * Use of machines and tools. * Execute the area’s corrective maintenance work orders: Receive maintenance work orders from Production and/or Supervisor. Execute the failure work order and close it in the MP9 system promptly and accurately once resolved. **Requirements**: * Education: Technical degree and/or Engineering in electromechanics, electronics, or industrial maintenance. * Experience in maintenance of assembly machines. * 3 years in a similar role. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, electronic systems, and motor control. **WHAT WE OFFER**: * An exciting, diverse, and values-based work environment. * Professional development. * Competitive base salary and benefits exceeding legal requirements. * $1900.00 monthly grocery vouchers, 7% savings fund, transportation allowance, and cafeteria service.
