Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities, ensuring proper operation of infrastructure and services in accordance with quality and safety standards. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00\. **Job Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities, ensuring proper operation of infrastructure, equipment, and services in accordance with quality, safety, and operational continuity standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * General facility maintenance (basic electrical, plumbing, painting, finishing, light metalwork). * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * On-site response to operational incidents. * Proper use of tools, supplies, and safety equipment. * Compliance with safety procedures and work reporting requirements. * Support to other operational areas as required. * Support in cleaning tasks, when necessary. * **Use the personal protective equipment specified by Occupational Safety.** * Safeguard company assets. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Ensure confidentiality and protection of corporate information. * Strict compliance with the Internal Regulations and the Organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and building maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prior experience in industrial environments or data centers is desirable. * Proactive attitude, accountability, and problem-solving orientation. * Flexible schedule availability. **Qualifications:** * Education: Technical degree in Maintenance. * Flexible schedule availability. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
