Prepare raw materials for dish production in accordance with required standards. Ensure quality before, during, and after dish preparation. Assist with prep work as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef, or other cooks. Monitor and comply with quality management systems. Maintain the FIFO system in the work area and storage area. Assist in performing established kitchen cleaning duties. Wash trays, tableware, glassware, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
