We are looking for: ***Process Automation and Innovation Specialist.*** **Job Objective:** Identify, design, and implement technological automation and innovation solutions that simplify processes, reduce operational effort, and improve business efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 3\-5 years of experience * Basic\-intermediate English * **ERP proficiency (MANDATORY lockout knockout), AI tools.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Identify automation and innovation opportunities in the company’s operational, administrative, or technological processes. * Design and develop automation solutions according to defined priorities, technical guidelines, and feasibility criteria. * Evaluate processes eligible for simplification, elimination of manual tasks, or improvement through technological tools. * Execute testing and validation of developed solutions prior to release or deployment. * Document implemented automations, including operational rules and technical considerations for support and continuity. * Monitor the performance of deployed automations and identify required adjustments or improvements. * Address incidents or deviations attributable to automations under your responsibility. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary range: $35,000\- $38,000 GROSS * Christmas bonus * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union * Life insurance **Work Location: Av. 5 de febrero, QRO, currently in HYBRID mode.** If you meet the profile and our economic expectations match yours, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated **CV**.
