We believe our employees are the key to our success, which is why we focus on creating a **mutually supportive environment**, where **honesty** and **teamwork** are fundamental. **Requirements:** * Education: TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Desired Experience: 6 months in production processes, maintenance, manufacturing, or related areas. * Language: Basic English; intermediate preferred. * Expected Knowledge: Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams and blueprints; knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene; motor control; electrical installations; control panels; variable frequency drives; ISO 9001:2015\. * Valid driver’s license required.
