




At Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro campus, we are seeking a **Document Management System Analyst**. This position is strategic to ensure the proper implementation of the academic-level quality management system and promote continuous improvement in our administrative and service processes. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management areas, preferably in the service sector. * Knowledge in creating, documenting, and updating quality policies, procedures, and regulations. * Experience in data analysis and interpretation, audits, and report preparation. * Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Skill to work collaboratively with different departments. **Main responsibilities:** * Document institutional procedures, policies, and guidelines related to quality. * Ensure the validity and proper organization of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Monitor compliance with institutional objectives (KPIs) linked to the QMS. * Actively participate in internal training sessions and quality dissemination meetings. * Support internal audits and follow-up on non-conformities and action plans. * Prepare reports and result summaries. * Quality Management System standards and methodologies (ISO 9001 or equivalent). * Document control, coding, and record traceability. * Development and control of institutional processes, procedures, and policies. * Performance indicators and root cause analysis. * Experience in the service industry. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (2 hours for lunch) **We offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Competitive salary and weekly payments. * Statutory **and above-standard benefits.** * Job stability and professional development. * A dynamic environment committed to operational excellence.
