




Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects for new service stations, ensuring compliance with schedule, specifications, budget, and permitting requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Direct and coordinate construction processes for service stations. 2. Administer civil works, finishing, mechanical, and electrical contracts. 3. Provide technical support to municipal authorities for permit applications. DESCRIPTION **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects for new service stations nationwide, as well as modifications or expansions, ensuring compliance with schedule, specifications, budget, and permitting requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Direct, coordinate, and supervise construction processes for Natgas service stations. * Review quality of civil, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure at service stations under construction. * Administer civil works, finishing, mechanical, and electrical contracts. * Manage changes and conduct risk analysis. * Provide technical support to municipal authorities for obtaining permits. * Prepare project status reports. * Commission and hand over service stations under construction. * Review and provide feedback on executive design documents (civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). * Supplier development. Warranty management. * REQUIREMENTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Master’s degree in Structural Engineering * Master’s degree in Project Management * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination and supervision
