We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **BIM Modeler** **Position Objective:** Develop comprehensive architectural design proposals for industrial projects, ensuring proper interdisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, etc.) and compliance with client requirements. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Architectural project modeling for industrial and commercial construction using Revit. * Creation of required families to develop construction details needed for execution. * Interference checking and engineering coordination. * Loading technical construction information into project models. * Tracking project specifications based on a defined scope, applying building regulations and codes.
