**Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production area, ensuring compliance with established production plans, based on quality, food safety, efficiency, and industrial safety standards, guaranteeing operational continuity and the proper manufacturing of dairy products in accordance with internal and external regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff in the cheese production lines. * Ensure compliance with daily/weekly production schedules. * Verify adherence to food quality and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, NOM's). * Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures. * Control the efficient use of raw materials, supplies, and resources. * Identify and report process deviations and coordinate corrective actions. * Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations. * Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. * Prepare daily production reports and key performance indicators (yield, waste, efficiency, downtime, etc.). * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree or Engineering in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in similar roles within the food industry, preferably dairy. **Technical Knowledge:** * Dairy product manufacturing processes. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * HACCP / ISO 22000\. * Production performance indicators. * Supervision of operational personnel. * Industrial hygiene and safety. **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Results orientation. * Organization and planning. **Availability:** Rotating shifts (according to operational requirements), availability to work weekends or holidays if needed.
