Bachelor’s degree certificate and professional license. (Mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, or as a Formulation Chemist or Manufacturing Supervisor. (Mandatory) Proficiency and knowledge of manufacturing technology. Languages: English (Desirable) Availability to work rotating shifts TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: \- Extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sampling or sampling plans \- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment for oral solids, liquids, semisolids, and sterile products. Knowledge of statistics and experimental design. \- Technical knowledge of excipient functionality. Knowledge of process validation. \- Knowledge of patent management. \- Knowledge of product development aligned with ICH guidelines Q8, Q9, and Q10. \- Knowledge of risk analysis. ACTIVITIES TO PERFORM: \- Designs and coordinates internal or external technology transfer of new products and/or manufacturing processes, following applicable procedures. \- Designs and coordinates process scale-up, following applicable procedures. \- Proposes and implements process optimization projects and provides technical and scientific support to the organization’s manufacturing sites. \- Prepares relevant documentation for technology transfer, scale-up, optimization, and technical support activities: protocols, risk analyses, manufacturing guides, etc. \- Conducts technical comparison of available technologies between the Sending and Receiving Units and proposes necessary adjustments. \- Ensures availability of materials required to carry out technology transfer, scale-up, optimization, and technical support activities.
