Position: Quality Assistant Performing the following duties: Comply with company-established standards and policies. Implement the quality management system. Coordinate the execution of operational processes, ensuring contract manufacturing processes. Ensure good manufacturing operational practices. Document procedures, manage departmental files and formats. Control production records, quality records, final inventories, and KPIs of the Quality Department. Inspect warehouses, conduct follow-up audits on corrective actions and deviations. Understand and comprehend the quality policy and its objectives. Participate in inductions, trainings, courses, and talks related to quality and food safety. Know the product quality standard to identify defects and nonconformities. Supervise production startups to ensure compliance with product specifications. Disseminate and monitor quality protocols for product handling. Ensure finished product (PT) inspections to verify compliance with established quality standards. Communicate changes, updates, or reinforcement of information to personnel under supervision. Understand quality procedures describing their activities and execute them correctly. Complete records and reports required by the QMS to provide evidence of activities.
