Sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers **Job Description** We seek to integrate a Procurement Manager into our team. **Job Objectives:** Negotiate optimal credit terms, delivery timelines, and quality standards for all company purchases, and ensure timely supply of all products and materials purchased for resale or internal consumption. **Profile** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute procurement requests from internal customers and purchase office supplies. * Conduct necessary negotiations to acquire goods, general equipment, and required supplies under optimal price and delivery terms. * Identify and onboard new suppliers as distributors for the procurement process. * Monitor and manage office expenses. * Coordinate logistics activities and warehouse operations. * Maintain and administer stock materials. **Competencies** * Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications * Communication and negotiation skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Effective presentation skills * Decision-making ability **WE OFFER** * Bi-weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Meal vouchers * Monthly base salary: $12,000 – $14,000 (net) **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
