




Position Summary: This role involves managing purchasing functions, tracking material deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and supporting logistics for a global water solutions company dedicated to sustainable impact. We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.* Performs key procurement functions, such as: reviewing quotations, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and implementing necessary modifications or cancellations. * Tracks material deliveries, monitors shipments, and coordinates receipt of goods in the warehouse. * Tracks procurement-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. * Updates shipment records and delivery status in databases and the ERP system. * Records, updates, and manages files related to international trade. * Resolves discrepancies associated with purchase orders, such as scope differences, delivery timelines, delays, penalties, quantities, prices, billing issues, or non-conformities in delivery and packaging, in coordination with suppliers and relevant internal departments. * Reviews requisitions and converts them into purchase orders according to established procedures. * Prepares statistical reports for the procurement and logistics department. * Provides backup support for core procurement and logistics functions.
