Description

Position Summary: Responsible for medication management, stock control and temperature monitoring, participation in training sessions and emergency response teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of medications and supplies 2. Active participation in emergency response teams 3. Ongoing training in patient safety * Know the active ingredient and brand name of medications * Classify, organize, and maintain up-to-date stock of essential medications and supplies according to regulatory requirements * Monitor and record refrigerator temperatures, humidity, and ambient conditions according to established medication storage standards for proper preservation * Hand over and receive shifts, thoroughly verifying all pending items * Keep shelves, refrigerators, and the general area organized and clean * Prepare daily medication purchase reports * Attend training courses designated by the hospital * Actively participate in emergency codes, Facility Safety System response teams, and scheduled drills * Participate in patient safety training * Perform all functions inherent to the scope of this position.
