Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Renault Querétaro, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities through general maintenance and repairs. Proposes improvements to infrastructure and safety ### **Maintenance Technician – Renault Querétaro** Do you have skills in general maintenance, repair, and facility supervision? **Join our team at Renault Querétaro and become a key contributor to the smooth operation of our facilities!** ### **What We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary**: $14,000 * **Working hours**: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Statutory benefits** * **Additional benefits**: * + 25 days’ year-end bonus + 27% vacation premium + **A birthday day off!** ### **️** **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Carry out repair, painting, waterproofing, and corrective/preventive maintenance work on walls, roofs, and physical facilities. * Install and maintain potable water, drainage, gas, compressed air, electrical power, and lighting systems. * Supervise external vendors performing upgrades or repairs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and agreed timelines. * Maintain common areas, parking lots, courtyards, and access points—including cleaning and signage—in optimal condition. * Fabricate and repair basic metalwork structures and internal furniture as required by the dealership. * Maintain control over materials, tools, and maintenance requests; coordinate minor purchases with the administrative department. * Provide support during minor emergencies such as leaks, electrical shorts, or basic mechanical failures. * Propose improvements to infrastructure, operational safety, and energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in all activities. * Support special events or internal setups requiring facility adaptations. ### **Ideal Profile:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 1–2 years in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, masonry, and metalwork. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency. **Location**: Lat.
